2005 Shiraz

This is our flagship
wine. This opulent red has won five
medals from five shows to date
and showcases the enormous potential of the Hilltops region for
producing ultra-premium red wines. The colour is deep and inky while the
nose offers aromas of dark berry fruits and spicy toasted oak. The
palate is rich and concentrated, with blackberry, plum and vanilla bean
flavours, integrated with soft, fine-grained tannins. Cellar up to 10
years.
