About: Fantastic value Pinot Noir from two of Australia’s Premium Pinot Noir regions.
Viticulture:Sourced from high altitude vineyards in NSW’s Tumbarumba region and South Australia’s Adelaide Hills.
Wine making: Cold soaked pre-ferment. Small batches were fermented seperately then carefully blended before seamlessy integrating in barrel over a few months.
Tasting Notes: Beautifully fragrant with lifted red fruits, strawberry and floral aromas and earthy undertones. A seductive palate opens with pure red cherry and strawberry fruit flavours, following on to darker secondary characters of game and cured meats. The texture is pure Pinot; refined, polished and silky.
