About: A premium dry Rose; perfect wine for summer afternoons, with spicy Mediterranean or Asian cuisine.
Viticulture: Nebbiolo (50%) and Sangiovese (50%). Low yielding fruit from rootstocks dating back to 1973. Mediterranean varieties lavishing in the high altitude Hilltops vineyard site.
Wine making: 100% free run, cold ferment to retain aromatics and bright berry fruit characteristics. Fermented to dry. Blended post ferment.
Tasting Notes: The stylish palate is deliciously juicy with fresh cherry, rhubarb and red berry fruits. Floral and savoury, with a crisp refreshing finish.
