Technical & Tasting Notes
VITICULTURE
The ‘23 vintage was cool, wet and long, resulting in fruit of high intensity. The very light crop was hand picked.
WINE MAKING
The fruit was whole bunch pressed and only the free run juice was used. A long cool ferment ensured the retention of aromatics. Minimal sulphur was used. Vegan finings.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose you’ll find exotic stone fruit and hints of ginger. The generous palate offers racy citrus fruits as well as richer tropical notes. Sea salt spray and flint feature on the finish and the fine acid line holds it all together.
